We offer two different rate types as follows:
Refundable - whereby you can cancel up to 7 days before arrival date free of charge. As an example, if arrival date is Saturday, you can cancel up to midnight the Friday of the previous week free of charge. If you simply wish to change your booking date, please contact us to see if we have availability on the date you require. If the new date is at a higher rate you can pay the difference to secure that date.
Non Refundable - as this rate is always cheaper, no refunds or amendments are allowed
Damage deposit - we reserve the right to charge a damage deposit of GBP 50 on certain bookings. We will request this separately after booking. This will be collected by debit / credit card. You shouldbe reimbursed on check out. Your deposit will be refunded in full to the same debit/credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
