All our rooms are similar and priced the same.
Double Occupancy : £48 per night
Single Occupancy : £38 per night
Family Occupancy (based on 3 people sharing) : £58 per night (any additonal person in a room an additional £10)

Terms and Conditions
Arriving/Departing - Our normal check in times are from 2pm. For your comfort and convenience, please telephone us 15 minutes prior to your arrival. Please let us know if you are likely to arrive after 10.30pm.
Breakfast is served between 7.30am and 9.00am Mon to Fri and 8.00am to 9.30am am Sat and Sun. Check out time is 11.00am. We are more than happy for you to leave luggage for safe keeping outside these times by arrangement.
Parking - We have off road parking in our private car park at the rear of the building in the designated gravelled area.
Deposit - In order to confirm your reservation we will require a deposit of £18 per room to secure your booking. If for any reason you have to cancel and you let us know more than 7 days before your arrival date, we will refund in full if we re-let the room. Less than 7 days notice and the deposit is non-refundable.
Payment - The balance of your booking must be paid on arrival, either by credit /debit card or cash. We do not accept cheques. Please ask us if you require an Invoice.
Cleaning - We will make up & replenish your room and bathroom every day if you have vacated it by 11.00am. If for any reason, you do not want us to service your room, please just let us know.
Smoking - We are a non-smoking house and would really appreciate you not smoking in the bedrooms or anywhere else indoors. There is a smoking area at the rear of the building in the court yard area which can be accessed through the small gate in the car park.
Children - we are more than happy to accommodate children of any age, however where infants are concerned, guests will be required to provide their own carrier / cots.

Guests can enjoy a choice of a quality continental breakfast or alternatively a cooked English breakfast. We source all our products locally where possible.
